Øystein Olsen serverer smaksprøver fra VestfoldMat

VestfoldMat som turmat

Vestfoldmat ble presentert på Holmen natursenter på Ilene i Tønsberg søndag 23.august. Holmen holder åpne dager søndager i sommerhalvåret med ulike tema. Det ble registrert ca 250 besøkende og arrangørene var svært godt fornøyd med dagen. Kokkene Johan Fuglår og Øystein Olsen fra Tollboden mathus og catering sto for alle smaksprøvene. Alle råvarene var lokalproduserte og fra medlemmene i VestfoldMat.

Av smaksprøver var det grønnsaksuppe fra lokale produsenter, kyllingsklubber fra Stanges Gårdsprodukter, Kvelde speltbrød med bacon fra grøstad og økologiske cherrytomater fra Martin Danielsen, potetbåter fra Stokke og økologiske snacksgulrøtter fra Finstad Gård. Alt dette er enkle ting du kan ta med på tur også, bare du gjør noen forberedelser først.
